Hierarchical Organization
The DMS should be able to browse documents in a hierarchy, eg, drilling by branch, then by business unit, then by group, etc.

Role-Based Document Locking
Based on the roles in the DMS, certain parts of a document should be lockable so that the role cannot edit that part of the document.

Release/Transport Management
This is a DMS component that increments the release number upon each release. The releases will all be saved as in version control. Each release will indicate all of the documents and subdocuments that it is composed of. The primary reason for this feature is for auditing purposes.

Is there a way to pull in groups of people from the list menu? I don't think Microsoft supports this
I have a user that is trying to pull groups of people thru the SP lists.

Static Hidden Parameters/Variables
This would allow the user to mark a parameter/variable as hidden and specify a default value when creating the framework file. When the report is run, the variable will not be shown to the user and will automatically be populated with the default value.
